During general Tae Kwon Do training, students make use of all major muscle groups. Utilising all body parts in kicking, punching, blocking and striking, students’ speed, flexibility, strength and endurance is greatly improved. This can assist in weight loss, and general health and wellbeing.

Students who learn Tae Kwon Do are more able to recognise signs of difficult situations and how best to handle them. This can lead to increased self awareness, and better relationships with others.
Regular training promotes good habits. Abiding by the clubs principles serves as a guide to teach people how to treat others with respect, fairness and consideration.
